I would like to start by thanking all of our customers, both new and old for your business. You have helped make us what we are today.
For the last few years the cost of doing business has steadily increased. We've done our best to absorb those costs without passing them on to our customers, but the time has come that we have to change our rate structure just slightly to help offset the increasing cost of doing business in downtown Gloucester.
As a result, effective April 15th 2011 our in-house rate will be increasing to $55/hour. We will still be charging in half-hour increments after the 1st hour. Subsequently our on-site rate will be increasing to $80/hour.
We do apologize for these necessary increases, but we want to be able to continue to provide you with the same level of service for years to come.
